It's the same on SUSE, but as I could see not at Fedora. If this is on Debian 
the same I assume also on Ubuntu, correct? Maybe all dists could find the 
same place for the tool, what I would avoid is having a .in file, but I could 
maybe add some code to check the location of spicctrl.
