But schedPowerSave is just a idea to grab your comments, my first mail says 
that :), what i want to discuss is not inclusion of that patch into HAL, its 
not that important :)

What i want to achieve is a future complete PowerManagement feature set for 
HAL, after that GUI maintainers can decide what methods will shown to its 
users :)
