add support for the macbook backlight

Apply a patch from Ryan Lortie <desrt at desrt.ca> to support the Macbook
backlight.
The code was written after the AppleIntelIntegratedFramebuffer.kext
kernel extension was reverse engineered by Ryan.

Rebased to master, and CodingStyle corrected by me, no other changes.
