scanners and sane

I just got a patch in for making sane-backends generate a hal fdi file

Next up is a proposal for a button addon so we can emit D-Bus signals
when scanner buttons are pressed, see

for details. I've also committed the requisite things (docs + acl
support) in HAL

So this should now work out of the box. Now to look at the, ugh, HPLip
sane scanner backend since that needs to export an fdi file as well...
