If you use e.g. $sysconfdir in a foo.1.in man page which is then
processed by AC_OUTPUT,
the resulting foo.1 then contains ${prefix}/etc, if --sysconfdir is
not explicitely specified.
How do you fix that without AS_AC_EXPAND?
