HAL suspend quirk for Packard Bell EasyNote SJ51

Hi,

as requested in Richard's HAL quirks page, I'm sending this
patch that fixes suspend on Packard Bell EasyNote SJ51 laptops.
It's just a generic s3-bios, s3-mode patch, but what the hey,
my laptop won't sleep without it. :)
