Fix build on Linux 2.6.28

Hi all,

hal 0.5.12rc1 doesn't build on Linux 2.6.28. I committed a fix for
that to trunk:

While this is arguably a kernel bug, working around it by including it
explicitly doesn't hurt. I reported it to our kernel guys, so that
they get it fixed properly, but in the meantime I think this is
bearable.
