Hal into a chroot.

  Hello again:

  I'm sorry to insist on this, but I've still no clue what is the problem
running hal into a chroot and I'd very much appreciate a pointer.

  If you think this is not the right place to ask, I'd be glad to be
redirected to the proper place.
