[PATCH] Allow to cross compile hal with host and target having different input.h

Hey,

when this Makefile is picking /usr/include/linux/input.h and my libc kernel
headers are newer than the one for my target I will get a nice compile error
that the new keynames are not known.

The attached patch allows me to inform hal where my input.h resides and allows
me to happily cross compile it.

this is against 0.5.11 and I didn't check if this problem still applies to the
current git version.
