[Patch] Latitude XT missing keys

Hi:

I was going to submit a patch relative to HAL in Ubuntu 8.10 to add some
of the missing keys for the Latitude XT.  I was browsing around the
public GIT tree for HAL however, and don't see the Dell keymap FDI file
present.  Is there a particular reason that this keymap (and a lot of
others) aren't upstream?

In case I'm just missing things, somehow, attached is this patch i'm
referring to.
