Video capabilities in 10-usb-music-players.fdi

Hello. Is there a reason why 10-usb-music-players.fdi doesn't list
video capabilities for any device, in
"portable_audio_player.output_formats" to be exact? I'm working to add
HAL support to an application which works with both audio and video,
and it would be very handy to have that information.

Would this be a good idea to send patches here?  I'm attaching a
sample patch, just to make sure I'm doing everything right.
