PATCH: Add Appotech ax20x devices to 20-broken-usb-sticks.fdi

Hi,

I've been working on getting small digital picture frames to work under Linux.
With small digital picture frames I mean 1.1, 1.5, 1.8 and 2.4 inch (often keychain) models, with build in flash memory and custom protocols for uploading pictures.

Some of these (those with the Appotech ax20x chipset), emulate a cdrom
drive which contains the windows software. This "cdrom" device does not like
it when its gets probed by hal-storage-daemon, so the atatched patch blacklists them.

Regards,

Hans
