<span class="gmail_quote"></span>Hi,<br>I got a strange problem with HAL. It regards suspend and hibernate. The first run goes fine. After that if I hit the suspend button again nothing happens but gnome-power-management crashes. If I log out from X, the system magically suspend.

http://freedesktop.org/wiki/Software/HalTraces</a>. So I include the requested output.<br><br>This issue regards an Asus A8JS laptop.<br><br>I'm using Ubuntu 7.04 with the HAL version 5.9.1. udev version is 108 and I'm using the standard kernel
2.6.20-15 shipped with Feisty. To support my laptop I've compiled and installed the module acpi4asus version 0.41.<br><br>It's an annoying bug, so I'll be very grateful if you fix it! :)<br><span class="sg"><br>
