On the wiki page <a href="http://www.freedesktop.org/wiki/Software/hal">http://www.freedesktop.org/wiki/Software/hal</a> under the section "Documentation", the hyperlink labeled "Latest HAL specification" links to the page <a href="http://people.freedesktop.org/~david/hal-spec/hal-spec.html">http://people.freedesktop.org/~david/hal-spec/hal-spec.html</a> which gives me a "Not Found" error.
