[Harfbuzz-indic] Malayalam rendering with latest Harfbuzz

Thanks a lot  for the indic support in Harfbuzz.!

Myself and myfriend Ashik tested the Malayalam rendering with the
latest code from the git.  It works fine except a few issues.
To help testing, we created a set of test cases for Malayalam. It is
given here: http://silpa.org.in/pub/tests/hb/ml/
The images are rendered using hb-view and pango-view. Pango can be
considered as "expected result"
As you can see out of our 38 test cases , the following  14 test cases
gives correct output:
Testcase numbers: 7, 8, 9, 10, 17, 18, 19 , 20, 21, 22, 23 , 29,  30, 35

We will continue our testing and will update the page with more test cases.
