http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Uniscribe says that Uniscribe released with 
Vista RTM (whatever *that* means) supports PR-37. (Not very surprising, 
seeing as Constable is of Microsoft.) So if we go by the de-facto 
standard, yes.
