We use the word lists, paired with the default Win7 font for the language, and
use hb-shape to compare our results versus Uniscribe results (using the
HarfBuzz uniscribe backend), ignoring the cases that Uniscribe generated a
dotted-circle.  There are tools in hb/test/shaping to diff the results,
summarize them, and visualize them.

We will make these documented, and hopefully will have a test deployment,
testing more fonts, and with a web dashboard...
