Eh, I'd just drop it. The kernel LICENSE/COPYING file clearly states
that the license does not apply to programs using the ABI. Obviously,
regarding the input.h copy, anyone distributing the source file has to
obey to GPL rules *for source only*.

name-resolver, anyway.
