[PATCH libevdev 0/9] logging function revisited

The logging function was mostly orphaned for now. it wasn't even called,
and never had been. looking at it it didn't feel right, the dev context is
problematic as I expect espectially the uinput part needs a few more log
messages in the future (it's sometimes hard to debug why a uinput device
fails). anyway, big rewrite, 1-4 are standard fixes, rest is the new
logging.
