[ANNOUNCE] libevdev 1.2

libevdev 1.2 is now available. Only a couple of fixes to the tests since the
RC, so nothing overly exciting here. The RC announcement has the gory
details of what really changed since 1.1. Needless to say, we heartily
recommend updating.
