[ANNOUNCE] libevdev 1.3.2

libevdev 1.3.2 is now available. No changes to the library code itself, only
to tests and documentation.

A new tool has been added to help measure the physical resolution of a mouse
device. This tool can (and should) be used to create udev hwdb entries for
