[ANNOUNCE] libevdev 1.0

libevdev 1.0 is now available. Since the RC, only one actual change to the
library: log messages of lower priority than selected are now really
filtered.

The other changes are documentation changes only.

      Improve the documentation a bit
      Mark a few more functions as signal-safe
      More documentation fixes and improvements
      Use 0 instead of "zero"
