[ANNOUNCE] libevdev 1.0.99.2

Sorry about the delay, this message got filtered in mailman.

A few more changes that I would've liked for going straight to 1.1, so
here's another RC. Mostly documentation, a few compiler warnings and the
missing sanitization of events when the client skips a sync.
