[ANNOUNCE] libevdev 1.4.2

Only two minor changes: updating to the 4.0 kernel header, adding
INPUT_PROP_ACCELEROMETER to the parse-able properties.
And a correction in the mouse-dpi-tool, the formula printed to manually
calculate the DPI based on the measurements was incorrect for mm.
