Sorry, the v2.3.0 release archive missed the man pages due to a
missing package on my laptop. So I have to bump the micro number
to fix this.

FWIW, this were the v2.3.0 release notes:

This release mostly fixes a bug when replaying events while
using the python API. Some coverity issues are also addressed.
