This bug still affects me, even after recent Gnome 3.12.2 updates and
Intel-video-drivers updates. It is caused by the Logitech Mouse. I found
several other people affected by this weird issue accros the internet, see
https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?pid=1418243#p1418243 or
https://github.com/pwr/Solaar/issues/163.

I am using Solaar - utility allowing extra settings (usually not available
through the standard Linux system configuration). The above described behavior
appears right after I launch solaar. I was forced to disable Solaar at startup.

I am running Haswell based system with asus h87i-plus mainboard. I also
attached the dmidecode from affected system.
