It fails on SNB+ platforms with mesa master branch, works well on Mesa 10.2
branch.
ES3-CTS.shaders.indexing.vector_subscript.vec4_static_loop_subscript_write_direct_read_vertex
also fails with same bisect commit.
Bisect shows:04895f5c601b240df547739da786b7c2b65bdd1e is the first bad commit.
