        <pre>With Epiphany/WebKitGTK+, scrolling on many pages (such as any search results
page on duckduckgo.com) is extremely slow and choppy. Launching epiphany with
LIBGL_DRI3_DISABLE=1 causes these pages to work perfectly.

This is a critical bug for us since DuckDuckGo is our default search engine.
