You're using two X servers?
One is 1.14 with March version of intel DDX and another 1.16 with September
version of Intel DDX. With latter I would recommend disabling DRI3, it's not
reliable ('Option "DRI" "2"' in xorg.conf).
Besides DRI3, I didn't see anything suspicious in the log files.</pre>
