And I just realized that I simply increased the texture and the buffer size
without actually increasing the size of the sub-region being blit. This
effectively rules out the theory about the buffer over-run due to alignment
violation. Now there was plenty extra pages available in the buffer (height ==
128). So I'm back in square one it seems.</pre>
