The other three blockers of the ES3.1 tracker bug have outstanding patches, so
this bug looks like it might be the last blocker.
I see that there has been some activity on the internal bug
(<a href="https://cvs.khronos.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=14842">https://cvs.khronos.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=14842</a>). What's the status of
