        <pre>If the output connected to the HDMI port is enabled (set to a crtc) and it is
unplugged, the event to announce that the output is no longer connected won't
be emitted until XRRGetResourceScreen is called (you can execute the command
xrandr to trigger it).

This behaviour doesn't seem to happen with VGA, and I could reproduce it in a
i965GM (Dell xps1330) and a newer one integrated in an i7 cpu.
