You see two 'screens' because it was taken with the external screen attached, but this makes no difference. The rendering problem shows also with the normal laptop screen only. If you zoom to the terminal border, you can see that it has some weird pixelization. This happens only when the window is made inactive. When the window is active, it looks fine. One more note: this does not happen always. Only every now and then. You see the issue, you reboot the machine. You don't see the issue anymore.
