<pre>I got up to 142 iterations and didn't see any failures like the ones you
described. Two times my large Dell monitor sync'd improperly at first but then
re-sync'd and the image was correct. I think it did the same thing a couple of
times when going back to text mode, but I couldn't see the corruption because
the screen was mostly black. But that never happened on DP1, which is a
smaller Dell monitor in my config.
Terence, can you re-test with the -nightly branch and Ville's patch?</pre>
