<pre>After trying <a href="show_bug.cgi?id=59810#c25">comment 25</a> and 26. The issue is still remain.
here is the steps to configure the environment:
system configuration
CPU:Intel® Core™ i5-3470 Processor
Kernel: 3.8.5
libdrm :libdrm-2.4.42
2D driver : xf86-video-intel-2.21.6
How to reproduce this problem:
1. use the attached config "kernel-3.8.5" to build kernel image and driver
modules.
2. Restart our system and then install i915 driver by "modprobe" without any
parameters before running Xorg.
3. make sure the "i915" "drm_kms_helper" are installed.
4. try the command line below to start up Xorg or stop Xorg.( please see the
attached files xorg.conf and test script startx.sh for deatil.)
sh -x ./startx.sh start ( it will start up Xorg )
sh -x ./start.sh stop ( it will stop Xorg )</pre>
