# echo 95 > /sys/class/backlight/acpi_video0/brightness
But in real life brightness of my monitor not change..
$ cat /sys/class/backlight/acpi_video0/brightness
95
$ xbacklight
100
$ cat /sys/class/backlight/acpi_video0/brightness
100
