It seems that your display is 1280x800. And your game is running on 1024x768 resolution. Panel fitter should be enabled in this case, but it isn't. As i don't have those games, could you test if you can provoke the bug just by using xrandr? So plain X desktop, do: xrandr --output LVDS1 --mode 1024x768 And report your findings. intel_reg_dumper output as attachment would be nice also.
