        <pre>Bug is still here (I'm using 3.9) and it's really annoying.
My laptop (ordinary x220) becomes really hot each time when this happens.
It heats up to 80°C just in idle state when it works from battery. It's sucks.

If you have some patches / need some information let me know. I have serious
experience in linux kernel development so I can help if you show me where this
logic is placed in your driver.</pre>
