Mika, I had already more or less backported the patch to 3.9.3 (see the other
bug report: <a class="bz_bug_link

difficulties getting it to crash without locking hard. Often it doesn't crash
but lowers its output frequency as I explain in that bug report (which is for
the same bug). I'm trying out on a lot of units todays so hopefully I strike
gold! I'll keep you guys posted. Thanks for the correct backport.</pre>
