<pre>I too was able to hit it at min frequency. I have punted this one to internal
HW/validation teams.
If anyone has any surefire ways to either reduce the complexity of the test, or
reduce the time to failure, please let me know. Chris' HiZ trick doesn't work
on my machine.</pre>
