        <pre>PepperFlash 11.8 cannot play YouTube videos smoothly. One frame per second when
I try to watch 480p. I can download these videos and watch with vlc just fine.
HTML5 video playing also works much better than Flash.

Same hardware has no problems when running Ubuntu 13.04 (or 12.04 with
backported Xorg packages.) 12.04 out-of-the-box  just like FC19.
I couldn't find what they did differently, it's over my head.
