<pre>The local flat panel does not light up correctly at boot or when X starts. I'm
able to make it light up by changing the mode to a non-native mode, and then
changing it back to the native mode of the panel. It stays lit until dpms
kicks in then I have to repeat the xrandr cycle to retore the panel to a
working state.</pre>
