<pre>I find that scrolling via tapping the up/down arrow keys on any wikipedia page
aggravates it. In case it is relevant, in firefox I have "smooth scrolling"
and "hardware acceleration" checked, and "autoscrolling" unchecked
(preferences->advanced tab).</pre>
