I just upgraded to the intel driver in version 2.99.905 in order to try the
improved TearFree option. It seems to work fine (yay, thanks!), but a couple
minutes later my display just turned off. Switching to vt1 and back to vt7 was
enough to get it back on, but I suspect this will happen more often, so I
figured I’d report it.
The last few lines in /var/log/Xorg.0.log are:
