<pre>So the issue appears to be that the bumblebee xserver is not reporting the
SHMCompletionEvents that we use to track when it has finished rendering and is
render for an update.
I've pushed a patch just in case we are missing a poll() wakeup:

intel-virtual-output: Check for pending events before skipping draw
Make sure we check if the destination display has caught up before
skipping a frame.
