drm/i915: remove intel_uncore_clear_errors
Description:
------------------------
Machin Info: Lenovo idealpad u330p
When the computer boot up with a HDMI monitor, the resolution mode setting of
the HDMI will be incorrect. It cannot fullfill the whole screen. I took a
picture to make it clear, and you can check it in the attachment.
This is a regression and I biscted it.
