<pre>I've retested with v3.13-0-rc1 as can be seen in <span class=""><a href="attachment.cgi?id=89905" name="attach_89905" title="dmesg 3.12.0-rc1 (WITHOUT DOCK! - monitor directly at laptop)">attachment 89905</a> <a href="attachment.cgi?id=89905&action=edit" title="dmesg 3.12.0-rc1 (WITHOUT DOCK! - monitor directly at laptop)">[details]</a></span> (without
docking station) and <span class=""><a href="attachment.cgi?id=89906" name="attach_89906" title="dmesg 3.13.0-rc1">attachment 89906</a> <a href="attachment.cgi?id=89906&action=edit" title="dmesg 3.13.0-rc1">[details]</a></span> (with docking station). Additionally,
I've added some debug messages "XXX: ..." around the locks of
dev->mode_config.mutex.
And I've noticed that there're no calls to intel_dp_set_signal_levels() in the
docking station case. Whereas they're in the wo/ docking station case right
after haswell_write_eld(). Is that correct?</pre>
