<pre>Colin, just to clarify, do you mean that after an xrandr (or dpms) off/on,
everything is back to normal? No random vertical lines? That's more or less
what we expected due to "enable VT switchless resume" and userspace missing its
hotplug notifications, but I was still expecting the garbage.
If you try 3.12/3.13 do we get any more warnings about inconsistent hw state?</pre>
