One potential idea

I tried to look through our gen7 page flip code. Looks like everything's
according to spec, except we allow the MI_DISPLAY_FLIP to straddle two
cachelines. This patch fixes that. Worth a shot I suppose even if the hanging
flip in the error state didn't hit this. There were flips in the ring that
would have hit this though.</pre>
