<pre>Laptop screen goes completely blank when external VGA connected (even turned
off), and external monitor is blank. Very frustrating. Will have to boot into
Windows 8.1 to give presentations!! Works with the HDMI output (not best
looking though). Display comes back as soon as VGA disconnected.
Tried a bunch of different kernel options, playing with xorg.conf, and even a
firmware update. Seems like a bug to me(?), but I am newbie with video
drivers.
